Digital Scrapbooking Tutorials – blending with Photoshop Elements

It covers using the blending modes in Photoshop Elements to blend multiple papers background papers together to create your one unique look. As well as showing you a neat trick with drop shadows and a technique for making your photo look like it’s sticking though a frame rather than just lying under it.
